A monthly event where I interview 3-4 inspiring people who have taken their life in an exciting new direction, whether they've started a new business, changed career or how they work, or moved location.
These two-hour after-work sessions allow guests to hear how others have made a positive change and ask questions to help them make their own personal changes.

An uplifting and unforgettable one-day workshop In London that was packed with insights, tips and tools to take participants to their next level. Silvia took everyone through the emotional landscape of change and how to overcome fears and obstacles to really make it happen.
Tips, tricks and tools were shared about the 30 participants and six even volunteered for live coaching in front of the group - tough love was distributed at times but for incredible breakthroughs.
Everyone left full of energy and momentum to be the best they can be.

WITH VOCATION COACH MARIETTA BIRKHOLTZ
Aimed at those considering a career change, new job or starting a business, this weekend workshop in London was a sell out. Marietta Birkholtz trained with career guru and New York Times bestselling author, Richard Bolles in 2007; her program is based on Bolles' bestselling career book ‘What Color is Your Parachute?’ which has sold over 10 million copies worldwide.

NLP PRACTITIONER & LIFE COACH TRAINING
WITH NINA MADDEN
In October 2017 and 2016 I was very proud to collaborate with internationally renowned NLP Coach and Trainer, Nina Madden to offer an NLP Practitioner training in Thailand. Nina trained me in NLP and has taught thousands of other students.
The NLP Practitioner certificate is internationally recognised and accredited by the ABNLP and ANLP. Students could therefore join two of the biggest boards of NLP internationally and be recognised both in the US and the UK.
RE-DESIGN YOUR WORK LIFE COACHING SESSIONS
WITH FAITH HILL
In October 2017, I ran three days of hourly coaching sessions to help Londoners re-design their work life. The sessions were held at different locations in the city and offered people the chance to start their re-design journey with a qualified coach for just £25 an hour.

CLARITY AND CHANGE NLP WORKSHOP
WITH SPARK ESCAPES FOUNDER FAITH HILL
This half-day workshop was hosted at the wonderful Bhakti Kutir in South Goa, India. The program enabled participants to deep-dive into a personal context of their choice (eg. work, relationship, home) by looking at their beliefs, values, identity and purpose.
The workshop used the very popular 'logical levels' NLP process which Faith is a big fan of.
